As an HR Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department within our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing and maintaining our HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing administrative support. This position is site-based, and you will collaborate closely with other HR professionals to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key activities and responsibilities of the role:

HRIS Data Management:

  • Initiate and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) transactions.
  • Run reports for compliance, audit, and metrics purposes.
  • Ensure data integrity within the system.

Client Onboarding / Site Security:

  • In line with client instruction carry out onboarding and security checks
  • Input and maintain relevant data into client onboarding systems.

Personnel Records:

  • Create and maintain personnel and HR-related files.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organisation of employee records.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process:
    • Post job advertisements using intranet and other platforms.
    • Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., DBS checks, work permits, qualifications).
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and job files.
    • Respond to inquiries regarding advertised positions.
    • Arrange completion of new starter forms and induction paperwork.

HR Support:

  • Assist with the ‘starter/leaver’ process.
  • Maintain electronic HR files and records.
  • Update and manage the HR system with relevant employee information.
  • Monitor and respond to HR support emails.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably working with sensitive and confidential data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient IT abilities.
  • Working towards CIPD qualification
