Hargreaves Services plc is committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity, and we expect all staff to maintain high standards.
It is vital that we conduct our business at a level where our actions cannot be questioned. Accordingly, our Board of Directors has formulated and approved a Code of Ethics Statement that describes our principles and values.
Furthermore, the Board has approved a comprehensive Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy which sets out our responsibilities, and also the responsibilities of those who work for us. We take a zero-tolerance approach to the making or receiving of bribes or corrupt payments in any form and expect the same impeccable standards of all those with whom we do business.

Hargreaves Services plc is committed to the eradication of slavery and human trafficking.
Modern slavery is a despicable form of organised crime in which people are exploited for criminal gain. It is inhumane, unethical and damaging to society, yet it remains an issue in corporate supply chains around the world.
Hargreaves will not knowingly use forced labour, slavery or unlawful child labour in providing any of its services or products, nor will it accept services or products from suppliers that employ or utilise forced or unlawful child labour or any form of slavery.

Our employees are expected to ensure that their personal interests do not at any time conflict with those of Hargreaves Services plc. Employees who are shareholders are advised of, and comply with, share trading codes.
Environmental Policy
The Group’s Environmental Policy Statement commits us to ensuring that protection and enhancement of the environment is embedded in our Company values and encourages our suppliers and supports our customers in adopting a similar approach.
Additionally, our procurement processes require us to evaluate our suppliers’ environmental approach as part of our supplier approval process.

We have published our gender pay gap report which looks at the average earnings for women and men regardless of their role. The gender pay gap differs from equal pay.
